There’s a difference between drawing a conclusion about someone without knowing anything about them, and drawing a conclusion after you see their words and actions. Or sticking stubbornly to a conclusion /despite/ their words and actions.
Treat everyone you first meet like a blank slate until you are able to observe their words and actions. Like we do with people in every other sphere of life.
